We only collect, use and store your biometric data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In addition, we will only disclose your biometric data in accordance with the section above entitled “How we share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information” and, where required by applicable law, you consent to such disclosure. We will not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your biometric data.
